Pricing Standard

The trip fee:

We charge a $120 base trip fee.

Repair, installation, and upgrade job pricing:

The base trip fee will cover most simple repairs. If there will be additional costs involved with the repair job, we will provide you with an estimate. We bill in $20 increments based on job complexity. If the work is refused we are due only the $120 trip fee. Supplies and materials are included in the service price.

Project pricing:

We will come out to provide a free estimate for your project. Simple projects may be fulfilled same day if inventory is on-hand or can be acquired nearby, and will generally be charged only the base trip fee. More complex projects are estimated in $20 increments based on complexity and cost of materials and supplies, which are included in the service price.

Sliding-Scale pricing policy:

If your economic circumstances would prevent you from working with us due to our pricing model, we are proud to offer our clients sliding-scale appointment slots, judgement-free, with no questions asked. Please note, there are a limited number of slots per day.

Invoicing policy:

You don’t owe us anything until the job is complete. At that time you’ll be sent an invoice, which you have 30 days to pay. We accept all major credit cards, ACH, Cashapp, and Afterpay. If you need to use another payment method we can usually work with you.

Payment plan policy:

In many situations, we can offer payment plans for our clients who would benefit greatly from a repair or project, but would need to spread the payments out over several months. Ask about our 3 and 6 month payment plan options. There’s no impact to your credit score to set one up.
